Nana Akosua Gyambea Adiepena, known privately as Jemima Dede, serves as the Nkosoɔhemaa of the Atebubu Traditional Area. Her enstoolment holds historical significance, as she is the very first occupant of this newly instituted developmental stool, placing her in a pioneering role with responsibility for shaping its identity, relevance, and future mandate.

Professionally, Nana is an instructional facilitator at Early Childhood Development Model Junior High School. She is a proud product of Atebubu College of Education and the University of Cape Coast, reflecting a solid foundation in educational leadership.

 

Born in 1992 to the late Nana Kofi Dede and the late Maame Ama Yeboah, she has dedicated her career to youth development and impactful community engagement. She began her teaching career at Saint Patrick Roman Catholic Junior High School, where she contributed meaningfully to academics, extracurricular mentorship, and student well-being. Her outstanding creativity in cultural arts and choreography earned her recognition as the first Bono East Regional contestant in TV3’s Ghana’s Most Beautiful pageant in 2019.

 

Nana is a philanthropist by passion and founder of the Adiepena Foundation, through which she advances educational support programs, especially for children in underserved communities. Her initiatives focus on stationery distribution, personal grooming guidance, and mentorship activities that empower young girls through confidence-building and life-skills education.
